How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

India: You can process your return or exchange via our Portal or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7003857682

 

International Customer: Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 7003857682 with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

 

Shipping

 

India Customers: A pickup will be scheduled for your item(s) once your return or exchange request has been processed. Our courier partner will collect your order within 1 to 5 days. A return shipping cost of Rs. 100 will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

 

International Customers: Customers are responsible for shipping their orders back to us using a tracked shipping method. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for all eligible returns or exchanges.

 

Guidelines        

 

  •          Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount.

 

  •      We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

 

  •      If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

 

  •      For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 2-3 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.

 

  •      Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

 

  •      Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

 

  •      Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

 

  •      Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

  •      Exchanges cannot be made for items in the Archive Sale.

 

  •         Exchange orders are not eligible for returns or store credit. Exchanges are final and cannot be reversed for a refund once initiated.

 

  •     An Exchange fee of INR 100 applies to size exchange and will be included in the replacement order invoice

 

  •      Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and runs through a quality check within 24 hours. Thereafter on approval, the refund will reflect in your original payment mode within 20 business days.

 

  •       If an order is canceled after the product has been shipped from our warehouse, the refund will be then processed only after it reaches back to our warehouse and runs through the quality check. On approval, the standard refund procedure will then be followed.
